HerbHaul plugs licensed dispensaries into local delivery — ordering, dispatch, sealed-bag custody, and ID checked at the door — the way a delivery platform should work, built market by market, only where legal. The dispensaries who join first join as Founding Partners.
The founding partner offer
Your founding rate is locked at joining for your first 12 months — the rate you join at is the rate you keep for the full lock period, even when standard partner rates move.
The founding cohort is capped at 30 partner locations. When the cohort fills, the founding offer closes and new partners join at standard partner terms.
What founding partners get:
- Listing on the HerbHaul platform at launch, in your licensed market
- Founding Partner badge on your listing
- Locked per-order economics for the full lock period (see the fee table)
- The dispensary order board: accept, pack, seal, hand to driver
- Delivery dispatch under the retailer-staff model (Gear A, spec §5)
- Chain-of-custody records: seal numbers, timestamps, ID attestations
- The rate sheet first: founding partners see final rates before anyone else
HerbHaul is not live in any market yet. A market opens only where cannabis delivery is legal, only after counsel clears that market, and only with a licensed partner signed. Licensed dispensaries only — no license, no listing, no exceptions.
Founding partner fees — the structure
Every charge is on the table, in plain sight. HerbHaul charges for the platform the way the spec was written: a platform subscription per location and a per-order toll, both billed to the retailer as business software and dispatch fees. Money for an order always flows to the retailer — never through HerbHaul.
