Origami Crane ♥ 0

origamirestored

Each facet takes a flat tone or a single gradient, so the piece reads as paper, light and shadow rather than flesh or fur. Sizing matters more than usual here: the placement has to be big enough that the pattern's rhythm stays legible, and centered placements show the construction off best.

Start with the drawing itself: "Origami Crane", worked in origami, composed around one clear focal point that reads the moment you see it.

This piece is delivered as clean linework — a ready-to-transfer stencil your artist can ink in straight black, build up in black and grey, or color in a palette of your choosing at the chair. Linework-only pieces are the most flexible thing in the gallery: the drawing is finished, the finish is up to you. And if it is almost right — a name worked in, different flowers, the composition flipped to fit the other arm — order it as a custom variation and an artist will redraw it to your notes.
