1. The marketplace

Tattoo Art Customs sells original tattoo designs (premade and custom) and memberships for customers, design artists, and tattoo shops.

All sales, subscriptions, and memberships are final — no refunds. Digital designs are delivered as files and cannot be returned.

4. Contact stays on the site

Customers and design artists may not post off-site contact information anywhere on the site — no email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, social media handles or DM info, personal websites, or payment information. Verified and subscribed tattoo shops are the sole exception and may post only: business location, appointment requirements, and business hours.

5. Off-site sales

Any sale arranged or completed outside this site connected to your membership will result in membership/subscription cancellation with no refund.

6. Artist payouts

Design artists earn 60% commission per sale of their designs; referring tattoo shops earn 20% on verified sales they refer. Payouts require a registered account, an active paid subscription, and a configured payout method — otherwise proceeds remain with the site. Commission splits are shown to artists and shops in their dashboards only and are never shown to customers.

7. Acceptable use

No spam, no harassment, no uploading content you do not own or have rights to sell. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Design licenses

Premade designs are sold as a single-use tattoo license, not an exclusive sale. Your purchase lets you (or your tattoo artist) tattoo that design on you, once. The same design may be licensed to other buyers. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or print the artwork on merchandise. Copyright stays with the artist and Tattoo Art Customs.

Custom designs are one-of-a-kind: when you buy one, it is retired and never sold again. Full rights transfer to you on delivery.

Characters: buying a design or print gives you rights to that one specific picture only — never the character in it. Recurring characters (for example Sprinkles the T. Rex) remain the property of Tattoo Art Customs: a print purchase does not remove a character from our shows, apps, or products, and does not license character merchandise.
