Who we are

Tattoo Art Customs is developed by Usefulappz™ (Mike Kelley). This policy covers our website and our Android app. Contact: mikekelleyii.mk2@gmail.com

What we collect

Account info you provide: email, display name, password (stored hashed).
Content you provide: tattoo designs, photos, bios, shop details, messages you send through the site.
Orders and payments: processed by PayPal on the website and Google Play Billing in the app — we never see or store your card details.
Device and advertising data (app): device model, OS version, and your Google advertising ID, collected by Google AdMob to serve ads.
Push notification tokens, if you opt into notifications.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: accounts, orders, downloads, commissions, payouts, ads, and moderation. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Google AdMob / AdSense: serves ads (advertising ID, device info).
Google Play: processes in-app purchases.
PayPal: processes website payments.
Printful: name and shipping address, only to print and ship merchandise you order.

Security

Your data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and data at any time from your account page (sign in, open your account page, and choose "Delete my account") or by emailing mikekelleyii.mk2@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent: it removes your account and sign-in, profile, photos, favorites, messages you sent, memberships, and uploads that have not been sold, and signs you out everywhere. Art you sold stays available to its buyers with your name removed, and order and payment records we must keep for our books stay with your name and email address removed from them.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. PayPal sets its own cookies during checkout.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in the app to show ads. Google uses cookies and your advertising ID to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ads Settings. Learn more in Google's advertising and privacy policies.

Children

Tattoo Art Customs is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
